Trotec BP5F food thermometer has an infrared sensor and plunge temperatures that allow fast and reliable measurement of the temperature of food with fast response of up to 500 ms.

This practical, hand-held measuring device will provide you accurate and reliable measurement results virtually in seconds. BP5F  can quickly and reliably measured values between -40 ° C to +200/280 ° C (stapler / infrared) and display them on a clear screen with background lighting which makes them ideal for measurements in low light conditions.
